Teams Meeting Creation is not working ... on one PC

Hi,

I have problem with the Domi teams integration. It starts when he pastes the authorization token. It says the token is invalid.
When I open his Mailfile with the role [domiAdmins], open the Team's Credentials and click on "Validate OAuth Token", the script works fine and generates the refresh token. With my client I am able to schedule a Team's Meeting in his calendar.

He is not able to. Error from the log at the bottom.

My ideas:

1. My costumer has a german Notes 11.01 FP3 Client, may german be an issue?
2. I thought about the execution control list ECL. What is necessary? "Execute HTPP/HTTPS requests" - who shall be allowed?

I will try that. I think that could work, because my english Client is working and the one that is not, is the german.
