I've watched the introductory videos, but I'm not clear why this is a long-running HTTP app, rather than a command-line app that could be invoked more simply via cron.
It seems that a complete solution to the problem of getting issues from ASoC into Jira will involve an app server running this application, plus a cron trigger that calls the APIs here periodically to get issues that have been found since the last run. Would it be possible to just call the business logic of AIG from cron, and eliminate one piece of that puzzle? Or am I missing something?
