Party/group system for KI

Idea is to add a party or group system to the KI
Group/party are temporary to the play session, quitting game would cause you to leave the party

Add chat commands
/group

invite/add - sends invite to new player for group (party leader only)
join - accept invite
leave/quit - leave the group
makeleader - leader makes someone else leader
disband - leader ends the group
