Implement atmosphere system with air generation.

Suggested solution:

  • Air generated from "Air Regeneration Capsules" in a special machine.
  • Air can be stored in canisters (nodes) for future use.
  • Air can be pumped into tanks (items) for transporting or using in spacesuit.
  • Air can be pumped from tanks (items) for future use.
  • Air can be transported by "Air Pipes".
  • Air can be distributed from "Air Distributor".

Air distributor should try to distribute more air if there are free space. Payer is protected from "open space" damage while he stands inside it.
Air distributor should have limit on haw many "air" nodes it can support.
If distributor supports less then max amount of air nodes (room is filled, no breaches), it's power and air consumption drops.

Air distribution can only be stopped by blocks marked as sealable (group).
Air distributor will "distribute" air to not-sealable blocks by adding metadata record to them marking there is air inside these blocks.
