Smelting appears on ore diagram with NO_ORE_SMELTING flag #4370

Working on an unreleased modpack, but you can replicate it in a standalone dev environment. Feel free to ping me @robb_vista in the ceu cord for more details.
Expected Behavior
I would expect NO_ORE_SMELTING to remove the part of the ore processing diagram that shows what the ore smelts into.
Actual Behavior
It removes the actual smelting recipe, but not the tab from the ore processing diagram, which is a bit annoying but ultimately just a visual bug.
Steps to Reproduce
Just add NO_ORE_SMELTING to the material flags of an ore then check the ore proc diagram for it
