1. I dont think that will be open sourced, as its part of the parallax demo application. (the objective of that website is demo)

2. However, if you need a UI interface, there is one in this repository too, you can refer to that.

3. Nowadays, its pretty simple and easy to make yourself a new one ( you can vibe your way if its for personal use :) )
