The labels on the email flags are confusing

The two labels Send email and Don't send email indicate the action that will occur when a user clicks the link. Several folks have mentioned this is confusing, as they have assumed when the view says 'Send email' that they will receive emails.

I wonder if we can come up with more obvious labels?

Maybe we can do something similar to what d.o has

When I'm not following, it tells me the action that will happen on click:

When I follow, it tells me the state:

So, to be explicit labels could be "Click to send emails" and "Emails will be sent"
