Add support for reply-to

Hi!
This feature request is similar to Add support for BCC.

I am requesting the ability to set the reply-to address on outgoing emails. Why would someone want to do that? Read this explanation here.

In a nutshell I am sending out emails to the store admin who will need to send information on to the email address associated with the order. If the reply-to address was set to the order email address all they would need to do is hit reply to send an email.
