Create Gifts Table

As a Backend Engineer i need a Gifts table

Acceptance Criteria:

• There will be a migration for the gifts Table that includes
  • PK
  • Name
  • Description
• There will be a model for this using the same data as above and include reference to belonging to Friend through the joins table
