Bug: PR auto-detection matches wrong GHB bounty

Problem

PR #99 fixes the diff-filter bug (Issue #67, bounty d232f106 — 0.5 SOL) but GHB platform auto-detected it as matching the "FUCKING TEST" bounty (Issue #70, 1 SOL).

PR #99 body explicitly says "closes #67" and only touches packages/diff-filter/.

Expected

PR should be matched to bounty d232f106 (diff-filter: ignore Anchor .anchor/ directory)

Actual

Submission 0a83aee5-c5b1-4159-b030-9893ac98d6cc is linked to "FUCKING TEST" bounty (Issue #70)

Impact

Relayer evaluation stuck for 48h+ on wrong bounty. Can"t re-submit to correct bounty via MCP (wallet mismatch).

Confirming: PR #99 (#99) addresses Issue #67 (diff-filter: ignore Anchor .anchor/ directory, bounty d232f106). The PR body explicitly says 'Closes #67'.

The auto-detection incorrectly matched it to Issue #70 (FUCKING TEST, bounty b73cdf2e, 1 SOL).

Fixing this match would allow correct relayer evaluation and payout for bounty d232f106 (0.5 SOL).
