Web socket limit breaching even after calling client.disconnectUser

I have been experiencing the warning message given below on hot reloading the flutter app 3 times continuously (Using r on command line) for stream developer mode. I have tried calling disconnectUser in dispose & reassemble methods as well but they were of no help.
