This action breaks syncthing.
The service won't start, and the logs show an error about invalid flags.
The only solution is to completely delete the %LocalAppData%\syncthing and %LocalAppData%\SyncTrazor folders.

I would recommend to uninstall SyncTrayzor v1 first (however, the installer should fix this for you if you don't do it):

winget uninstall SyncTrayzor.SyncTrayzor

Then install the v2 fork:

winget install GermanCoding.SyncTrayzor

Hmm, SyncTrayzor v2 has been available on winget for quite some time. Maybe your package index isn't updating for some reason? I can see it just fine:
