If SegaCD is started with ISO/MP3, audio seek will not work properly. The MP3 decoder will end up returning static, even if the audio is stopped and restarted from the beginning of a track.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load an ISO/MP3 into Gens/GS.
  2. Press A to get to the CD player.
  3. Play a track.
  4. Seek ahead 30 seconds or so.

Expected results:

  • The CD player continues playing normally.

Actual results

  • The CD player plays static, and will not play correctly unless Gens/GS is restarted.
