Dashboard shifts is not in order of days

Describe the bug
The Upcoming Shifts widget does not have the cards ordered in any fashion, and preferably, it should be ordered by most upcoming.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure you have multiple shifts assigned to your user.
2. Go to Dashboard
3. See Upcoming Shifts widgets and the lack of order

Expected behavior
Should be ordered in some manner
