Replace "back to homepage" links with an icon over the logo/link? #92

At the moment pages have to have a hard-coded "back to homepage link" on each page - this is clunky and hard to manage.

An alternative might be to edit the IFRC logo image to include a "home" icon to show that clicking that image will take you to the homepage.

The logo already links back to the homepage and is visible on every page by default.
