Add a case study of "GIS as a system" to Module 1?

As well as the examples of humanitarian mapping, it might be nice to have a very brief case study to illustrate the point that GIS is a system (re. this section - e.g. data collection using Kobo, processing with a GIS, sharing as a map. Using photos of the activities and outputs might be a bit more meaningful to learners than the icons currently used to illustrate that point.
