What is the context or reason for the change?

Source data license is not captured.

Why is this not covered by the existing model?

Oversight - license of the dataset is described but no other license of e.g. input data

What is your proposed change?

Add a required field license to the object source, to describe the license of input source data, using existing codelist and license object.

Can you provide an example?
