deployment: need to define groups and user -> group mapping

@alexlist , @equinox0815 , @schlatterbeck : please define the necessary groups for FF Graz , add them as script/fixtures/(whatever) and make sure that the initially required users (FF Graz nodedb admins) are in the right groups.
