[ISSUE] - (not) smart item filter

Describe the bug
There is only 3 machine types on the smart item filter settings
There is no invert option for smart item filter

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place smart item filter
2. Open it
3. Change filter machine type setting
4. See only 3 machine types
5. See no invert option

Expected behavior
Most/all singleblock machine types on the filter settings
Button to invert filter settings (all items except choised machine type)
