[ISSUE] - Shutter module + machine controller dont work with fluid pipes (and mb with item)

Describe the bug
Shutter module placed on pipe cant be controlled with machine controller cover on this pipe

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place some directed fluid pipes
2. Place shutter module cover + machine controller cover on the middle pipe
3. Connect machine controller cover to shutter module
4. Place lever or any other redstone signal source on the machine controller cover
5. Try to on/off redstone signal
6. See no reaction from shutter module

Expected behavior
Shutter module on the pipe can be closed/opened using machine controller cover
