[ISSUE] - Ruby Ore cannot be found in the overworld or nether

Describe the bug
Ruby Ore seems to have no overworld or nether veins

To Reproduce
Right click raw ruby and go to the ore vein diagram, the only vein is in the Undergarden

Expected behavior
That a vein with rubies exists in either the overworld or nether
