USB force feedback on stm32f103c8t6?

USB force feedback can be successfully implemented on stm32f103c8t6 mcu or the 128KB version is it possible to implement force feedback or do you need the stm32f4xx mcu which is usually used?

I believe it is possible to make FFB on STM32F103 (there are some projects that even use arduino for FFB). But it won't be implemented in FreeJoy project in near future.
I have plans to dive into this topic but a bit later
