This resolves the issues preventing us from setting PHPStan to the max level since I updated it and changed all the prop types to have actual types. I also had to make changes in the ASN1 library for this.
Also adding some basic analysis for tests. This is made somewhat difficult because PHPSpec doesn't have a good PHPStan extension available, and it uses a lot of magic methods to do its thing.
