Will the releases section ever be updated for version 3 releases?

Just wondering, since it was updated previously for version ~2.0.0. I'm referring to this:

It feels like Github is lying to me, because after clicking into releases, the latest version is clearly 3.3.0.

Also could we move the changelog back, as was done previously, into the releases section so that we don't have to disambiguate between version 2 and 3 in the root level changelog.md? This way, we will have the issue and pull request numbers linking to the issue and pull request similar to what is happening in the rollup releases section. It is kind of annoying having to copy and paste the issue or pull request number into the search.
