@snowpack/plugin-postcss 1.0.10 does not like Tailwind CSS #1948

Perhaps related to #1873. I believe a05e56c has made it so that postcss runs relative to the file it is processing rather than the root, so it's looking in the wrong directory for configs. I'm working around this for now by moving my css config files alongside my styles, then removing the config files from the build output. In retrospect, downgrading to 1.0.8 was probably the less hacky way to go. |

When I update from @snowpack/plugin-postcss 1.0.8 to 1.0.10 my website breaks.
I have no clue what causes this but my guess it that it has someting to do with Tailwind CSS.
