🐌 Super Slow TTFB - Dev build takes around 10s to load in the browser

I have tried everything (disable sourcemaps/disable hmr/change hostname/disable node polyfill... nothing seems to work
TTB is still super slow.

Build script shows it only takes 80ms to compile but the browser window keeps on loading forever 10s+ ⏱

I have one large svelte component (~10k lines) does splitting it into smaller ones could fix the issue? 🤔
