Help docs for installOptions.rollup.plugins link to non-existing anchor

I'm having trouble getting rollup plugins to work and I found a broken link in the docs. In https://github.com/pikapkg/snowpack/blob/master/docs/docs/05-configuration.md#L113 it says:

installOptions.rollup.plugins - Specify Custom Rollup plugins if you are dealing with non-standard files.

But the link to Custom Rollup plugins points to https://github.com/pikapkg/snowpack/blob/master/docs/docs/05-configuration.md#installing-non-js-packages which doesn't exist.

Ah, you're right! It looks like this section was removed at some point, it should be added back (now to the "troubleshooting" section, now that Svelte and Vue plugins both handle this for you automatically).
