Police Rifle should use 5mm and be fully automated like how it's used to be. Make it a viable weapon to use against the Brotherhood in the case ESD Ammos are needed but you couldn't get your hand on a Minigun or Assault Carbine so people could stop larping about BoS' PA all the time.
