Add build process for Linux dylib #10

Currently i just did quick hack and compiled dylib on linux machine and copied it.

It would be better if there's rake tasks that fires up virtualmachine, builds native dylib and runs specs, and then copies result into the license_matcher folder;

Perhaps @hone can help here – we have a proof-of-concept to use your CI servers to build and publish the gems with the pre-built binaries: tildeio/helix#116

We extracted out text_transform from the helix examples directory. You should be able to gem install text_transform and have it work.
