[Feature Request] List of gyms for raids that can be subscribed to like wanted Pokemon

It would be awesome to have a list of gyms that you tag when creating the raid, instead of just typing in a name. Then users could subscribe to the gym, similar to wanted Pokemon, and get a notification if a raid happening at one of your subscribed gyms. The gyms could have have location data added so people won't even have to ask where something is.
