feat: Implement QR Code Scanning Feature for Payment

Description:
We need to implement a feature that allows users to scan a QR code to complete a payment. This feature will be accessible from the Payment screen and will allow users to scan QR codes generated by merchants or other users to initiate a payment. The user will also be able to generate their own QR code to share with others to receive payment.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users should be able to access the QR code scanning feature from the Payment screen
• A successful scan should populate the payment details such as the amount and recipient's information
• App should be able to generate a QR code to share with other users to receive payment
• After successful scan/generation, users should be able to confirm and complete the payment
• The user should be able to view their own QR code and share it with others for receiving payments
