Bring test-suite up to date with Flixel-Community #25

Like #24, this is just an issue to make sure the test-suite isn't forgotten in the process. In theory, it should be mostly fine so long as the Power Tools keep presenting the same interface. But my intention is to go ahead and work on the test-suite alongside the main project.
This organizational paradigm is strange. Usually I see test suites in the main project repo, alongside the code they test... or else in a different repo altogether.
