Nothing is happening when I press the login button
the circle thing happens. but then the login button appears again

Sadly due to this: "Parsec are rolling out back-end changes that will stop authorization from third-party apps like Soda. This means we won't be able to "log in" to use Soda" from soda server..

If you still want use Parsec, you have no choice that use Computers sharing "for now"
search for "TSBAR" on google.
