Publish OpenAPI specification for all REST endpoints

Problem

API consumers currently rely on source code and UI behavior; a formal API contract is missing.

Scope

• Author OpenAPI spec covering public/premium/orchestrator/wallet routes
• Include request/response schemas and error shapes
• Add docs endpoint or artifact publication path

Acceptance Criteria

• Spec validates with standard OpenAPI tooling
• Key endpoints and status codes are fully documented
• Changes to routes include contract updates
