Is it reproduced with FB5 embedded ? I.e. could you stop all FB instances and run gbak in embedded mode ? |

@hvlad I have now tried completely removing all Firebird versions from my computer and installing only Firebird 5. The error no longer appears. As I understand it, the problem arises specifically from having multiple versions of Firebird installed. For example, if the second version is installed, an error message appears when installing Firebird 5. Additionally, when this message appears, those two windows are not displayed. Could you please clarify if this was intended? And if so, what is the reason for it? |

This is by design. The click through installer is only for installation of a single instance of firebird. |

When you wrote that you couldn't reproduce the problem, I realized that the issue was with the configuration.
I have now tried completely removing all Firebird versions from my computer and installing only Firebird 5. The error no longer appears.
