Like the original Finalsclub website, add an EPL integration allowing new notes documents to be created, kicking off an editing window from our website (iframe?).
Unlike the FC site, this issue does not include the question and answer functionality.

Before using EPL, I'd prefer to simply launch a blank google drive document with open editorial permissions. This is obviously less secure, but it's an easier way to test the feature and usage.
