Issue: The workout modal closes when the phone orientation is changed. All form data is lost.

Steps to reproduce.

  1. Click on a workout to open the modal
  2. Rotate the phone

The modal will disappear and data will be lost.

Proposed Solution: Lock device orientation when modal is open
