Enable GitHub Sponsors?

Currently sponsoring is only possible with Tidelift. Would you mind to also enabling sponsoring with GitHub Sponsors?

To give you some context: I am asking my employer to make some donation to FasterXML, but they only support GitHub Sponsors. Before my employer can make a decision, I have to propose projects that enable GitHub Sponsors.

I think I started the process for enabling Github Sponsors (for another request), but never quite completed it.
One challenge was that the setup favored all cute "donate this to get that" kind of rewards, over more straight-forward donations.
But I should go back to completing setup.

Related to this: @gruenich if you (or anyone else) has examples of nice Github Sponsors setup for specific repos, it'd be good to have a look. I would like to follow best practices here, based on users' preferences (instead of trying to guess myself) and experiences other OSS projects have.

Ok, this took a while but I finally completed the application and now Github Sponsor link is included behind "Sponsor" button for this portal repo, as well as core projects. I will add it over time to others too.

Thank you @gruenich for suggesting doing it. I'd also be interested in improvement ideas on sponsorship levels, ideas of things to give out (adding of logos is easy enough but beyond that), feedback.
