Describe the bug
Whenever an enemy player is around, you are unable to use Generator Buckets on your base. If you kill them and they do not respawn, but remain in the death/respawn screen, their body is technically still there, preventing the faction from Generating.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have 2 Factions (Your own and an Alt)
2. Run /f enemy on the Alt Faction.
3. Try to use the Generator Bucket with the Alt Faction Member near you.
4. Kill the Alt Faction Member (Without them clicking "Respawn," but have them stay in the Respawn Screen)
5. Try to use the Generator Bucket near their death point.
6. See error

Expected behavior
You will get the following error: [!] You cannot place a gen bucket while enemies are nearby.
