Describe the bug
You are able to raid other factions while your Shield is enabled, which prevents your cannon from being destroyed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Build a Cannon
2. Claim the Chunk(s) containing the cannon
3. Make sure your shield is enabled
4. Have an enemy faction try to TnT your cannon.
5. See error

Expected behavior
The cannon will be completely invincible.
