How to fine tune face attribute recognition on my own dataset?

I want to fine-tune your checkpoint model named 
"'https://github.com/FacePerceiver/facer/releases/download/models-v1/face_attribute.farl.celeba.pt'", on my own dataset.
I can't find the model structure implementation and training and dataloader python scripts.
 so, How can I fine-tune face attribute recognition on my own dataset?
