If calibrations do not behave as expected, the GUI should warn users before completing the whole calibration. For example, if during an OD calibration the standards given are OD of 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and the slope between these points is flat, there should be a warning that samples are not behaving as expected.
This can happen with incorrect samples made or if a vial is not plugged in for example.
