Describe the issue
Some boss quests in the "The Familiar Road" quest category have invalid dependencies.
Half of them have as dependency the "Reach ", such as Surtr for instance:
And the other half do not have a similar dependency, such as Skoll and Hati, which do not depend on the "Reach Midgard" quest:
First category includes Ymir, Jormungandr and Surtr. Second includes Hel, Skoll and Hati, and Nidhogg.
Just wanted to bring that to attention in case it's not a conscious choice, I'd say they should either all have the same dependencies, or none of them should.
