Trouble in the CI.
Here is the supposed fix:
"In the followup problem with CI tests, the problem appears to be a missing 'curl-config' command, usually indicating that cURL hasn't been installed on the OS (details for doing this depend on the OS).
The datalab client package uses the pycurl package, but the failures are with the installation of pycurl itself. Other problems you may encounter can be resolved with the appropriate SSL libraries that should normally be installed when cURL/libcurl is installed by your package manager. A search of Stack Overflow will also turn up solution to common problems."
