It never stops loading and remains in this condition indefinitely.

Strange I think it's a windows specific issue.

I will look into it. Thanks for reporting.

Hey @dev-o-los have you tried running quickfire command as an admin on windows?
I tried it on a mac machine and I found that we need sudo rights to create files or folders, So the same could happen for Windows as well.
