Populating Data: Pie Chart Revision Problem

Populating the data for a pie chart has been updated and now includes a sum function. The revised implementation does not pertain to all pie charts (see pieold). Implementation should also handle the cases used by the pieold implementation, which are now displaying incorrectly.
