In order to tighten up integration of the ELIXIR RDM ecosystem, the FAIR Cookbook should contain an infrastructure recipe on how to deploy and customise the DSW for national or institutional instances.

discussed during editorial call on 04052023: rather than creating a recipe, improve the introduction section to link to the DSW, its documentation and relation with ELIXIR resources.
