0.11 Pre release

New patcher pre-release version that connects to the development server (dev.faforever.com).

It installs side by side with normal faf in Program Files\Forged Alliance Forever-beta.

Here be dragons.

Release 0.10.122

Interim release - with DNS updates to the new infrastructure, and a minor deprecated feature fix that arose with updated libraries.

Otherwise functionally identical with 0.10.120 and probably 0.10.121.
