Merging your own pull requests

We talked about this last week, it really shouldn't be happening. You should never _never_ **never** be merging your own PRs. 

It's happened multiple times on this project, it's all of your responsibilities to make sure that this doesn't happen, I really don't want to see this again, there are no excuses for it at this point.
