Support for emojis

Feature Request

I normally see emojis in my terminal but in process-compose TUI they are replaced by ?

Use Case:

I have a test runner that uses checkmarks and red crosses emojis to represent success/failure and they are all replaced by emojis

Proposed Change:

Who Benefits From The Change(s)?

In my case that would mostly be being able to read the results of the test runner but I suppose there is other use cases

Can you please share the steps to reproduce?
I can see emojis in my setup without any special configuration:

I am in KDE Konsole, font CascadiaCove Nerd.

It's odd I see the emojis now, I was on an old nix channel maybe it was an old version of process compose
